Here, you will become versed in the art of the Cailler chocolatiers. Here, terms such as tempering, conching and ganache filling will trip off your tongue. Here, you will become an artist, a creator or refined confectionery, working on bitter and sweet flavours and assembling your finished chocolates.
The Atelier du Chocolat runs a range of courses every week (the programs are published on our website a month in advance). On these courses you will be be given the opportunity to create your own truffles with your favorite flavor, or chocolates with gianduja or praline, filled with ganache, and enriched with limoncello, amaretto, caramel or citrus fruits. At the end of the course you will not only have memories of a wonderfuld day, but also the chocolates you made with your own hands, and a Cailler cooking apron.
We have developed a special course for children, where each child makes a chocolate bar with ingredients they choose themselves, and which they can then decorate to their heart's content. And of course they can take the bar home with them.
