  • 6 eggs
  • 125 g butter
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of flour
  • a cake tin

  1. 1Preheat your oven to 200°C.
  2. 2Melt the chocolate in a bain marie. Add the butter in pieces.
  3. 3Mix the egg yolks and sugar. Add the melted chocolate and mix.
  4. 4Beat the egg whites until stiff and then gently fold them into the previous mixture.
  5. 5Butter the mould then pour the preparation.
  6. 6Cook for about 20 minutes.
