Looking to win the heart of a special someone? Whip up these rich little desserts on your next date night.


For 8 chocolate hearts
  • 100g dark chocolate Cailler Cuisine 64%
  • 70g butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 40g sugar
  • 25g flour
  • fresh fruits or fruit coulis
  • a heart-shaped silicon mould of 8 portions
  • a pan
  • a bowl
  • a whisk
  • a spatula

Approx. 50 min
  1. 1Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. 2Heat the butter in a saucepan on low heat, remove from stove and add the chop chocolate until melted.
  3. 3Mix eggs and sugar in a bowl and whisk for one minute.
  4. 4Pour chocolate over egg mixture and whisk everything together. Fold in flour.
  5. 5Prepare moulds with butter and sugar, not mandatory for silicon molds, fill the mass into the moulds and cool for 30 min.
  6. 6Bake for 6-9 minutes in the preheated ovent at 180°C.


Take the hearts carefully out of the moulds and present on a lovely plate with chocolate, fresh fruits or fresh coulis.
