Bars

Every bar of Cailler chocolate contains the entire history of the brand and the secrets of chocolate-making. As you enjoy your chocolate, you travel back to the nineteenth century, when Alexandre-Louis Cailler had the ingenious idea of setting up his factory in Broc, so he could use the good milk from the Gruyère region for his milk chocolate. Ever since, the milk and Cailler’s unique preparation method have been responsible for the unmistakable flavour of our chocolate.

Napolitains

The Napolitains bring together all classic Cailler chocolate creations as mini versions. The choice of flavours varies just as much as the occasions on which they can be offered: whether with a coffee, as a dessert or as a gift, the Napolitains have something for every taste.
