Preparation
Equipment: 8 wooden skewers
CHOCOLATE SAUCE
- Place the water, double cream, whole milk and sugar into a saucepan and bring to the boil.
- Break the chocolate into pieces and add to the saucepan, stir and cook on a low heat for 10 minutes. Stir occasionally and put to one side.
SEASONAL FRUIT SKEWERS
- Wash the fruit and cut it into neat pieces
- Thread the fruit onto the skewers
PRESENTATION
Pour a generous spoonful of warm chocolate sauce over each skewer.
HINTS & TIPS
You could prepare the chocolate sauce in advance and reheat it a minute before serving. Choose fruits according to taste but avoid fruits that are too acidic.
