Which is your favorite chocolate in a box of famous Fémina pralines? You can learn to create your own Fémina boûchette praline so that you can always enjoy a chocolate that corresponds perfectly to your tastes. The "My Fémina praline" workshop teaches you the art of making three different gianduja fillings as well as the secrets of tempering the delicious Cailler chocolate shell that surrounds it. You will then leave with about thirty of your personalized chocolates, with your own diploma, a souvenir Cailler apron and hat, and the recipe too, of course!
