Create your own delicious selection of Christmas Pralines right in time for the festive Season. Get inspired with our Chocolatier who will show you how to produce a mouth-watering chocolate and caramel filling with seasonal spices and learn the secret of tempering Cailler Cuisine Chocolate. The tempering of the chocolate will allow you to have a product with the appropriate professional shine and smooth texture.

You can create your own personalized Pralines to give away as a lovely Christmas gift. On top, we let you keep the recipe, a personalized diploma and an original Cailler apron.
