From the finest Cailler chocolate, you can decorate your chocolate masterpiece and decorate it according to your ideas.
Our chocolatiers will teach you a technique to properly crystallize the chocolate and sculpt marzipan.
Enjoy your creation and take home your Cailler apron at the end of this course.
