  1. Cream the butter and gradually add the sugar, eggs and water.
  2. Incorporate the sieved flour and the cocoa powder until the mixture has a thick and even consistency.


  1. Preheat the waffle iron.
  2. Place a spoonful of dough in the waffle iron and bake according to the manufacturer‘s instructions (usually 2 mins).
  3. Roll the waffle biscuits as soon as they are cooked.
