Each participant must detain a paper or electronic ticket
This ticket must be presented directly in our Atelier latest 5 minutes before the beginning of the workshop
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to refuse the entrance to the workshop
For safety reasons, children under 6 years of age are not allowed to access the Atelier
This ticket is non-refundable

Due to the Désalpe de Charmey (traditional cattle descent) taking place on Saturday, 26 September 2026, traffic around Maison Cailler may be heavier than usual and travel times could be extended. We therefore recommend allowing extra time for your journey and planning your visit accordingly. The Maison Cailler Team
