White chocolate and raspberry mousse

Raspberries (or other seasonal fruits)
White chocolate
INSTRUCTIONS
1 Place the cream in a bowl for at least an hour in the refrigerator.
2 Melt the chocolate broken into pieces in a bain marie. Pour the chocolate into a bowl, let it cool for 1 to 2 minutes.
3 Beat the cream into a firm whipped cream.
4 Add half of the chocolate to the whipped cream. Mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Gently add the rest of the cream.
5 In small glasses, distribute the white chocolate mousse. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
6 Add raspberries or fruits of your choice to the white chocolate mousse before tasting.
