INSTRUCTIONS
1 Preheat your oven to 220°C. Mix the oatmeal and maple syrup. Pour onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and roast for 15 minutes.
2 Cut the bananas and kiwi into slices and the strawberries in half. Mix the oatmeal, chocolate chips, coarsely chopped almonds, cranberries and flax seeds.
3 In 3 bowls, place 1/3 white cheese, 1/3 fruits and 1/3 granola.
