A special highlight awaits you: the Freeze Rolls machine, known to World Chocolate Masters in Paris! Thanks to this technique, you'll be able to create perfect ice-cream rolls, baked rose style - the perfect combination of lukewarm Coeur Moelleux.
You'll also receive valuable tips on how to present and decorate your chocolate creations on the dessert plate. The workshop ends with a tasty tasting of your homemade creations.
