Preheat your oven to 180°C.

In a bowl, mix the flour, butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract and egg.

Chop the chocolate into chips. Grate the orange zest.

Stir in the chocolate chips, coarsely chopped pecans and orange zest.

Let the dough rest for 30 minutes at room temperature.

Cover the baking sheet of your oven with parchment paper and place small balls of dough 4 cm in diameter on it.
