Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Cut the puff pastry into 8 triangular parts.
Step 3
Spread half of the chocolate chips, then roll each part into a croissant shape.
Step 4
Brush with egg yolk and add the rest of the chocolate chips on the croissants. Then place the croissants on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
Step 5
Bake at the bottom of the oven for 15 minutes.
