Step 1

Preheat your oven to 220°C. Mix the oatmeal and maple syrup. Pour onto a baking tray lined with baking paper and roast for 15 minutes.

Cut the bananas and kiwi into slices and the strawberries in half. Mix the oatmeal, chocolate chips, coarsely chopped almonds, cranberries and flax seeds.
