Peel and quarter the pears.
Step 2
Mix the eggs, sugar, cream and almond powder.
Step 3
Unroll the dough and spread the pears on top. Pour the almond cream and then the chocolate chips.
Step 4
Bake for 25 minutes at 200°C at the bottom of the oven.
