Step 1
Melt the chocolate with the cream. Spread the chocolate between 2 puff pastry sheets. Cut out a tree shape with a trunk, making a minimum of scraps. Cut 2 cm strips perpendicular to the trunk on each side then twist them each on themselves. Cut out a star from the scraps and glue the star on it. Brush the tree with egg yolk.
Step 2
Bake at the bottom of the oven for 15 minutes at 220°C in traditional mode.
