    INSTRUCTIONS

    1 Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Mix the orange peel, softened butter, powdered sugar, flour and egg. Make a scoop and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    2 Roll out and make 20 circles with a cookie cutter. Bake for 10 minutes. Use a toothpick to draw the reindeer's horns and eyes on the sablé with the melted chocolate.

    3 Glue a red smarties with melted chocolate to represent the reindeer's nose. Place in the refrigerator 1 hour before serving
