Step 1
Preheat the oven to 170 °C.
Step 2
Melt the chocolate with the milk in a bain-marie.
Step 3
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar until frothy.
Step 4
Add the melted chocolate and beat again.
Step 5
Fold in the ground hazelnuts and salt and stir.
Step 6
Pour the cake batter into a 22 cm diameter springform pan lined with baking paper.
Step 7
Bake in the middle of the oven for 30-35 minutes.
