Step 1
Preheat your oven at 240°C.
Step 2
Melt 100 g of chocolate with the butter in a bain-marie.
Step 3
In a bowl, mix the whole eggs and the sugar. Gradually add the flour.
Step 4
Incorporate the chocolate and mix well.
Step 5
Butter and flour the moulds.
Step 6
Pour a third of the mixture into the bottom of the moulds. Place 2 squares of chocolate per mould and cover them with the rest of the preparation.
Step 7
Place the moulds in the oven for about 8 minutes.
Step 8
Taste them warm, unmoulded or not.
