Step 1
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Step 2
Cut the chocolate into small pieces and melt in a water bath. Add butter.
Step 3
Mix eggs and sugar in a bowl and whisk for one minute.
Step 4
Pour chocolate over the egg mixture and whisk everything together.
Step 5
Add flour and mix well.
Step 6
Prepare moulds with butter and sugar (not mandatory for silicon molds). Pour the mixture into the moulds and cool for 30 min.
Step 7
Bake for 6-9 minutes in the preheated oven at 180°C.
Step 8
Carefully remove from the moulds and decorate with chocolate, fresh fruit or fruit coulis
