Step 1
Crush the hazelnuts. Mix the banana with the warm honey. Add the oatmeal and hazelnuts.
Step 2
Stir in half of the chocolate chips and place the mixture in a baking dish lined with cellophane paper. Tamp well and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
Step 3
Melt the rest of the chocolate chips in a bain-marie. Spread the melted chocolate on top of the preparation. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Step 4
Cut cereal bars of the desired size.
