Chocolate-making pleasure for everyone

Here is a fantastic way to have a deliciously fun time. You will begin your adventure by Introduction of the chocolatiers and a chocolate tasting, followed by decorating two chocolate molds, choosing your favorite ingredients and combining them with the best dark, milk, or white Cailler chocolate. Each participant will pour the mixture into the molds and will finish it to create their own masterpiece. While the chocolate is setting, you will discover from our chocolatiers the origins of chocolate and art of preparing a shiny chocolate bar. To reward you for your great work, you can not only take your lovely chocolate creations home, we also offer you your own Cailler apron as a souvenir. Truffles

In our truffle workshop, the secrets of confectionary artists are revealed. Choose between Dark, Milk, or White Cailler chocolate and melt it into hot cream to begin making your ganache filling. Depending on taste, you can refine the filling with fine liqueur and spices. Of course, real truffles still need a coat of shiny, tempered Cailler chocolate. After coating, you will hand roll your little treasures with the topping of your choice and voilà your truffles are ready to enjoy right away or take home for later with a personalized diploma and original Cailler apron. Don't worry, she's not that little! She measures 18 cm and guarantees 220/240 g of chocolate to savour! Unleash your creativity by personalizing her with Cailler milk or dark chocolate. With countless design possibilities, you will create a unique masterpiece that reflects your imagination. After decorating and filling your mold with your favorite chocolate and allowing it to cool, your irresistible JOY will be gently removed from the mold to be packaged. The chocolate champions

Thanks to this workshop you will become a chocolate champion in 55 minutes! After a chocolate tasting, you will learn how to produce your own chocolate bar by choosing a milk, dark or white chocolate base and adding tasty ingredients. You will also personalize your creation with a chocolate piping bag. Observe and learn the art of crystallizing and tempering chocolate. With your personalized creation, you are able to keep your own chocolate mold and try out your new skills at home.
